Incoming students
1. WHERE TO FIND INFORMATIONS ABOUT ERASMUS AT UNIVERSITY OF MILANO-BICOCCA
All of the administrative procedures about the Erasmus mobilty are managed by Bicocca International Office (international.office@unimib.it). So you can contact this office and visit its website for all the informations about application, admission, accomodation booking, enrollment, Italian language courses and so on.
2. THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY AND SOCIAL RESEARCH
There are different people who are in charge of assisting Erasmus incoming students for the Department of Sociology anche Social Research:

Erasmus tutors (office number 203, second floor, building U7) are available
- every Tuesday (2.30 pm - 4.30 pm)
- every Thursday (10.30 am - 12.30 pm)
They can be contactated via email at sociology@unimib.it or by telephone (+39 02-6448.7593). They can be contacted for all inquiries having to do with the courses of the Faculty, where to find informations about lessons and exams, examination procedures and the use of the Segreterie online program. They can also help you if you have doubts about your Learning Agreement and how to amend it.
Mobility Assistant: dr.ssa Federica Lo Verde
office hours: Tuesday and Thursday 9.30 - 12.00 am (room 313/a, building U7, third floor)
The Mobility Assistant replaces the Coordinator when he is away. All the necessary documentation relating to the Faculty of Sociology (Learning Agreement and Amendments) must be submitted to her.
Erasmus Coordinator for the Department of Sociology and Social Research: Prof. Lorenzo Bagnoli.
During his office hours (room 315, building U7, Tuesday 2:30 - 4:30 pm, lorenzo.bagnoli@unimib.it) he can be contacted for advices or to answer questions that do not pertain bureaucratic or administrative matters and for the signing of necessary documents before or after departure (LA, changes to the LA, matters regarding the extension of the length of stay, etc.).
In addition, the following people are Erasmus contacts for the different course of the Department. The can help you with every Amendment at your Learning Agreement before Prof. Bagnoli signs it:
